UK DELIVERIES

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 workings days. At the moment we post orders using Royal Mail 48 for UK customers and various couriers to overseas customers. UK customers will typically receive their orders in 2-4 working days, European customers  5-10 working days. Deliveries may take longer to arrive during busy periods, such as Christmas or Bank Holidays. We appreciate your patience if your order is affected.

Any order over £50 will be posted free of charge.  Please note this does not apply to our courier service.

Express delivery £2.99 - Royal Mail 1st class - 1-2 business days

Special Delivery £12.99 - Special Delivery by 1pm - 1 business day

Free delivery on orders over £50 - Royal Mail 2nd class signed for - 2-3 business days

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

International Shipping to Australia
All orders shipped to Australia are sent on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. Our checkout prices strictly exclude local Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) and customs duties. 
For most personal imports valued under $1,000 AUD, no extra taxes or duties are applied at the border. However, please note that as the importer, the customer is solely responsible for any local customs fees, processing charges, or import taxes should your order value exceed the threshold or be subject to local assessment. We are not liable for packages delayed or held by customs authorities.
International Shipping to Canada 
All orders shipped from our UK store to Canada are sent on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. This means our checkout prices strictly exclude all local Canadian sales taxes (GST, HST, PST) and customs duties.
Canada applies a strict CAD $20 tax-free threshold on imports from the UK. Because almost all orders exceed this value, your package will be subject to local taxes and customs assessment upon arrival. We are not liable for delayed or returned packages if border fees are refused.
As the importer, you (the customer) are solely responsible for paying:
  • Federal/Provincial Tax: GST, HST, or PST depending on your province (ranging from 5% to 15%).
